Definition

Article 50 AI Act requires: (1) labelling of AI system interactions (e.g. chatbots), (2) marking of synthetic content (deepfakes, AI-generated images/text), (3) disclosure of emotion recognition. Applicable from 02 August 2026. The EU AI Act Kit contains transparency notice templates and a labelling concept.
