From 02.08.2025, GPAI providers must (Article 53 AI Act): publish technical documentation, a training data summary, a copyright compliance policy and information for downstream providers. For models with systemic risk, additionally: model evaluation, adversarial testing and cybersecurity measures. The EU AI Act Kit contains GPAI documentation templates.
