Why we do this
If you're responsible for compliance in a mid-sized company, you know the problem: a new EU regulation enters into force. The consulting offer arrives — six figures. The DIY research eats weeks. And in the end, the concrete templates you can actually work with are still missing.
We built Compliance-Kit because we kept seeing this gap. Not from the perspective of a consultant who sells billable hours, but from the angle of someone who stood in front of these tasks themselves: build compliance documentation without a budget for big consulting firms, without an in-house legal department, but with the standard that the result must hold up in an audit.
Our kits are what we wished we had ourselves: complete documentation packages, immediately usable, personalised with the company name, structured the way an auditor wants to see them.
What sets us apart from consultancies
We are not a law firm. We are not a Big-Four consultancy. We are compliance practitioners building practitioner-grade tools for you.
That has two consequences:
First: We cannot replace individual legal advice. If you have a highly complex special situation — an international corporate group structure, an unusual industry, an ongoing fining procedure — a specialised law firm is the right partner. Our kits cover the typical compliance requirements that 95% of companies actually have to implement.
Second: We understand what works in everyday practice. Our templates are not legal-perfect constructs but documents you can actually fill in tomorrow morning, align with internal stakeholders and file in your audit folder.
